What to Send

Images Matter
Submissions that include high-quality images receive first consideration.
Preferred images:
- High-resolution (minimum 2000 px on the long edge)
- Horizontal orientation when possible
- Clearly credited, with usage rights confirmed
- Public domain or authorized for editorial use
Please include image captions and photo credits where applicable.
Timing
- Event-related submissions should be sent well in advance of opening dates whenever possible.
